  • The services are available for CB Bank Platinum cardholders, CB
    Bank Prestige and CB Bank Rainbow Mastercard World
    cardholders issued in Myanmar only.
  • The services are valid for the main cardholder only.
  • The services are applicable only when cardholders make
    payments using their CB Bank card.
  • Advance reservations are required at least 2 days in advance
    through accessing

    2. The website www.cb-concierge.com (24 hours) and reservations
    cannot be placed more than 30 days in advance.
  • Confirmations will be processed within 24 hours by e-mail only.
  • Cardholders may only make one reservation at a time, i.e. they
    cannot make a new reservation until the current reservation has
    been either used or cancelled.
  • Cancellations must be done at least 1 day before the intended day.
    In case of no show from the same person 3 times, we will stop to
    provide the services.
  • Please refer to your confirmation name and present your eligible
    CB Bank card on arrival at participating merchants.
  • Reservations are subject to availability on a first come first serve
    basis.
  • All services are valid from Now till one year from the registration
    date and pay for the service.
  • CB Bank has the right to automatically continue the service, just in
    case the members or the cardholders do not willing to continue.
    And have to inform directly to call service or the website in
    advance at least 1 month.
