Terms and Conditions

       The services are applicable to CB Bank’s Platinum Cardholders, Prestige Customers, and Rainbow World Cardholders which are issued only in Myanmar

       The services are valid for the main cardholder only.

       The services are applicable only when cardholders make payments using their CB Bank card.

       Advance reservations are required to be made at least 5 days prior through:  

1. Call Center:

1.1 CB Bank Platinum Cardholder & Prestige Customers +959-457111411 

1.2 CB Bank Rainbow World cardholders +959-457111511

         Calling Hours: 10.00 am to 5.00 pm (Working days only).

2. Website www.cb-concierge.com and reservations cannot be placed more than 30 days in advance.

Service Time: 24 hours (Weekdays and Weekends)

*The response and confirmation will be made within 48 hours and sent by mail.

       Cardholders may only make one reservation at a time, i.e. they cannot make a new reservation until the current reservation has been either used or cancelled.

       Cancellations must be done at least 1 day before the intended day. In case of three ‘no shows’ by the same person, this person will be blacklisted from these services.

       Please refer to your confirmation name and present your eligible CB Bank card on arrival at participating merchants.

       Reservations are subject to availability on a first come first serve basis.

       CB Concierge services are valid for a period of one year starting from the day of registration.

       Unless the cardholder cancels his/her CB Concierge Membership himself/herself, the Bank has the right to automatically renew registration for the next year. Cancellations must be made directly to the bank through the call center or through the website at least 1 month in advance.
